a) Island Aviation reserves the right to cancel tours do to bad weather conditions and if the company is facing unforeseen technical problems. In those instants the cost of the tour will be fully refunded. If you need to cancel your tour with less than 48 hours before the start of your tour, 75% of the tour will be refundable. Included in the price you pay for your tour is a pick up service in the great Reykjavík area and also a drop off after your tour. We will pick you up 30 minuter prior to the start of your tour. During your tour you will fly over parts of Iceland with an experienced pilot who will also be your guide. Notice that our tours are in english og icelandic only. All personal information will be strictly confidential and willl not be given or sold to a third party. These terms and conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law.
b) The tours that are advertised are operated during certain seasons so please check out our website to see operating seasons. Island Aviation reserves the right to confirm reservations through telephone.
